The outpouring of response to the October Newsletter and the Stabilization Codes was tremendous. If you missed it, go back and get it! For those of you who brought the codes in for yourselves and your areas of influence, the changes you reported were beyond my expectations. We thank Spirit for bringing it in so it could go out and create such a profound affect on so many. And thank you to all who took the time to write me a note or come in for a session to record the many ways it manifested in your lives. It has been a profound season. Making changes.

Following the settling of the energies and finishing up many of the sessions that had been on hold, I was gifted with attending a beautiful family in birth. Welcome to Macy Parker, born to amazing parents Brian and Erin in the early morning hours of November 23rd. She was born in clarity and strength to parents with grateful, determined hearts and lives.

And if life could not get any better, I took an amazing three-day journey with two Circle of Wisdom soul sisters into the canyons of Palm Springs. There is nothing like a good nature trip to get you refocused and rejuvenated.

So this is how the year comes to a close. As I look back I see so many things that I received that I had not asked for, and some things I asked for, never came in. All the while the blessing and expansion in my life is more than I could have imagined for myself. So with a grateful heart I wish you the happiest of the holiday season and look forward to the New Year with great expectations.

The Holiday Season of Lists

The holiday season has arrived. It’s the season to be thankful for all we have. To count our many blessings. To embrace the Spirit of Giving. To be open to receive. Etc, etc, etc. We start hearing about it every year around November, so we know the drill. And while the above is all good and true, honestly, for me, the holiday season it is all about the lists.

Having the busy life I have, I am a list maker anyway. And at the holiday season there are many additional lists that keep me grounded and focused to get it all done. Lists of needed food for holiday events. Lists of people coming to the events. Lists of holiday cards to send. Lists of invitations to mail. Lists of gifts to buy. Lists of places I’m supposed to be and the dates and times of my obligations. Lists of places my family members are supposed to be and the date, time and obligation I may have to get them there and back. Lists of visitors and places to be visited. Airport pick ups and drop offs. And the proverbial list goes on. Whew! What would I do without my lists?

I found this year that I paid more attention to that question. And I found out some new things that I could apply to my use of “a list”, from my grocery list to my life’s goals:

1. Lists are a great way to get focused on where you want to go and how you plan to get there. They keep our present in order and give us a template for walking into the future. In other words, look at what you want to accomplish and when, and then set a course for that. It gives us the best chance of getting there without distraction.

2. The best list in the world may have no meaning once you put it into practice. I have found myself numbering my activities in the order that I think they should be carried out during the day for the greatest efficiency. Then when I get out the door, real life changes the order. How often has that happened to you? It used to drive me nuts. I’ve learned to be flexible. Having the goal is important, how you get there may take a path you did not expect. You can still get there if you can go with the flow and keep your eye on the goal.

3. Be willing to add to or change your list midway. Life has a way of bringing blessings to us that we could not have had the foresight to expect. If you are being led to add, delete, change course, let spirit lead. The intention of your list is important and spirit knows that. How it occurs may have elements of magic that you can either ignore or embrace. If you can embrace it, you will be enlarged.

And some spiritual fundamentals for accomplishing a list of goals:

  1. Have your alignment in order. Start your day with an intention to align yourself to the Creator. To bring your “subconscious, conscious and higher self into alignment with your spiritual committee, masters and teachers as you are connected to Creator Source.” It is not a frivolous prayer. It is a Spiritual Code. In speaking that, you are setting the vibration that you are aligned with YOUR list and not plugged into someone or something else. When your alignment is in order, stuff has a clear path to land and then a place to gel when it gets there.
  2. Where we used to ask, we are being told it is time to command it. In commanding it, we are making a statement of belief in the joyful fulfillment of our requests. It is a higher expression of our intention for freedom, peace and personal success on all levels. Command that the use of your vital force be used to carry out your list within your alignment. Simply stated it can sound like “I command that my vital force be used for.....”, instead of “I ask for....or Please help me with.....”
  3. Be grateful. We have so much to be thankful for. Spirit cannot move within us or around us in that mysterious way if we do not have a grateful heart. If we have a spirit of expectation that it is supposed to happen a certain way and in a certain time frame, and that way only, it will lead us to disappointment, a sense of failure, guilt, depression, anger, and the list goes on ... In the alchemy of gratitude, spirit can take our list, turn it around and back again, add, delete and expand, and bring us all we command for our lives. Remember to express great thanks.
  4. Life happens every breath you take. We used to be guided by the idea that every day we wake up to a new day to start again, be renewed, be refreshed. Sometimes that meant to ask others and ourselves for forgiveness, to get something done that we did not accomplish yesterday, or to get over ourselves and try again. Now they tell us this process is available in every breath we take. Take responsibility 12-20 times a minute instead of once every 24 hours to remember:

What is on my list?
What is my alignment with my creator and myself?
Be flexible.
Be grateful.
Command it.
Own it with every breath.

They are simple guidelines really. Based on a simple concept of using a list to bring order and completion to all that I hope to accomplish this holiday season. But I can apply it to all that I expect to accomplish in this season that is my physical life here on the jewel of Earth. And so can you. With it, we can have greater peace and freedom in our own life. In taking personal responsibility for that, we bring greater peace and freedom to the world.

Have a fabulous Holiday Season. The dawn of the New Year is upon us!

Frequently Asked Questions:

"You mention (in a soul perspective session) that I have a very high tone frequency. What is the benefit?" (Submitted by F.O., Mexico)

Dear F.O.,

Thank you for the great question.

All soul groups and individuals within each group will carry a frequency based on where their soul has traveled (or not) before coming to Earth. There is no “benefit” to one over the other. The frequency of your soul just is. There are, of course, gifts and challenges associated to each frequency and I will review those in your session depending on if you are high tone, mid tone or low tone. Some very, very broad definitions are as follows:

Tone Gift Challenge
High Connection to angelic realms Porous, easily damaged
Mid Functionally working goals Work too hard, get off course
Low Grounded Stuck

There are fewer high tone soul-types here than mid-tone, and fewer mid-tones than low-tones. So the majority of soul types will be low-tone. To attempt to be anything but your own vibrational tone can throw you out of balance. For instance, if I see a normally mid-tone soul group individual who presents with a high tone, they will be suffering illness and discomfort. So, to embrace your soul frequency is healthy. To recognize the gifts and challenges gives you perspective on your experiences. The more we learn about our souls, the more balanced and healthy we become.

Feature: Language

This feature will contain excerpts from a series of channelling sessions on: “The Cosmic Meaning of Words We Use Every Day.” The guide that brought in the information calls himself “Joshua from the Before and After.”

Goodbye

“Originally pertained to the position of the doorways in the body. A position the doorways held. It’s not a word you want in your vocabulary. It has meanings far beyond the meanings that we comprehend. Originally it meant the doorway was closed and sealed. It was possible through our actions to close and actually seal a doorway to cosmic truth where we could no longer open that doorway. This was a symptom of the beginning of the death of the soul and has actually been accomplished. Actions against others can create an effect that will close a doorway in a person’s soul. It will be sealed for all time, not to be reopened, not to even feel a seam or find the knob. I mean gone. You can’t go back from that. So not something that we would wish for anyone and is a word that relates to the closing of the door of the soul.

So when leaving, it has become common verbiage for people to say, but better to choose a different word that doesn’t have such cosmic repercussions. Using a word that is cheerful, or offers someone that is departing a blessing. This is the same for death. The departed soul we don’t say goodbye either. Which again has carried in the misunderstanding that the door of that soul is closed. So even in death we should speak of it with blessing. Look for words that mean “ blessing” and yet mean “so long.”

This transmission was confirmed in a conversation I had with a Navajo Indian at a pow-wow in Indio, California who told me almost the exact same story as being an ancient belief among the Navajo. The Navajo never use the word goodbye, but offer blessings that take people safely on their way until they return.
